Pickup truck slide-in campers have been around for many decades, but there is a new company in town. In this episode of TFL Camper Corner, we take a close look at a Flagship LT pop-up truck camper by Supertramp campers. This pop-up no longer requires you to deal with manual clamps and latches. The top is raised, lowered, and latches with built-in electric jacks.
There is currently just one model of this camper – it’s the one that fits a 6.5-foot bed length. It will fit a variety of full-size half-ton pickup trucks and some heavy-duty pickups as well. The truck you see here is a new Ford F-150 with a 6.5-ft bed. This camper has a dry weight of just over 1,200 lbs. It is fully equipped with a water tank, propane tanks, house batteries, 300W of solar on the roof, refrigerator, kitchen sink, outdoor shower provision, cassette toilet, storage, and very large screen windows. This fully-equipped Supertramp pop-up camper has a price of around $52,000.
