When you add customized bumpers, a winch, a lifted suspension, skid plates, rock rails, and larger tires – the price goes up. More than a year ago we profiled a Slee Off-Road Land Cruiser build that was nearing $150,000. Now, the Land Cruiser V8 is no longer for sale in the United States. The 2023 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro is a spiritual successor to the Land Cruiser in the U.S. market, and we still have to wait several months for the Sequoia TRD Pro to become available.
Still, it’s very difficult to process a $220K price tag for a modified Land Cruiser.
