Polaris has been cranking out limited edition Powersports machines for the past few years with a great amount of success. Today Polaris announced the return of many of its limited edition models, along with an all new one.

Ranger Crew XP 1000 NorthStar Big Game Edition

Last year Polaris introduced the Ranger XP 1000 Big Game and Waterfowl editions. For 2022, the brand is building upon their big-game specific trim with a new luxurious model, the NorthStar Big Game Edition. It comes standard with 29-inch Pro Armor X-Terrain tires and a 4,500-lb winch. Also fitted is a self-leveling rear suspension, which automatically adjusts to maintain ride height when hauling. The Big Game Edition has an enclosed cab with heat and A/C, and features the 7″ RideCommand system. New, more comfortable seats are found inside, as well as a “Pursuit Camo” graphic on the exterior. We tested a Polaris Ranger XP 1000 Northstar Ultimate edition last year, and the cab enclosure definitely saved the day. The graphics feature a mix of birch, oak and pine elements.

The 2022 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar Big Game Edition starts at $34,999. Polaris will continue to offer the Ranger XP 1000 Big Game Edition, and Ranger CREW XP 1000 Big Game Edition, for $21,999 and $23,599, respectively.

Ranger XP 1000 Waterfowl Edition

The Waterfowl Edition is designed for duck and geese hunters. It’s fitted with 29-inch Pro Armor Mud XC tires and has high mount air intakes and clutch ducting, allowing for increased water fording. It’s graphics are designed to mimic marsh grasses. Just like the Big Game Edition it comes standard with a winch, LED lighting, more comfortable seats, and a more protective front bumper.

The 2022 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 Waterfowl Edition starts at $21,999.

Polaris debuted the Rockford Fosgate Limited Edition RZR models in 2021. They proved to be very successful and are making a return this year. These machines come from the factory with an 800-watt premium sound system from Rockford Fosgate. Also part of the package is unique styling and graphics, blue LED accent lit speaker enclosures, and stainless-steel speaker grills. The audio system automatically adjusts the volume based on the vehicle’s speed. Everything that’s included in the RZR Ultimate trim is also included with the Rockford Fosgate edition. That includes RideCommand, Dynamix 2.0 active suspension, 6-point harnesses, and more.
