This 2020 Rebelle Rally (starting on Oct 8, 2020) will see a 2020 Nissan Frontier 4×4 compete, loaded with new NISMO off-road components. Nissan says these NISMO off-road parts will be available for the Frontier, Titan trucks, and older Xterra 4×4 SUVs.
The new NISMO Performance parts include a high-performance suspension kit, an off-road front bumper, off-road lighting in partnership with Rigid Industries, and off-road wheels. NISMO off-road parts will be available for the 2005-2020 model year Frontier. It will also be available on the 2016-2021 model year Nissan Titan full-size trucks, and 2005-2015 model year Xterra SUVs later this fall 2020.
The NISMO suspension system allows for more travel and more weight-carrying capacity. The high-performance Bilstein shocks with remote reservoirs can also accommodate up to two inches of suspension lift. The off-road bumper includes a mounting location for a winch. The NISMO wheels offer new style and off-road toughness. The racing truck feature BFGoodrich KO2 all-terrain tires.
These NISMO Products will be available through Nissan dealers, various NISMO retailers, or online.
All-new 2021 Nissan Frontier NISMO
A specially prepared NISMO version of the all-new 2021 Frontier pickup truck has been rumored for some time. Does this announcement support the rumors? Unfortunately, there is no official word from Nissan yet about the next-generation 2021 truck. We will have to wait a bit longer to find out for sure.
2020 Rebelle Rally
Team Wild Grace co-captains Sedona Blinson from Apache Junction, AZ and Lyn Woodward from New York, NY – both Rebelle Rally veterans, will pilot the NISMO-prepared Frontier. The 2020 Rebelle Rally begins Oct. 8th in Lake Tahoe and ends Oct. 17 in California’s Imperial Sand Dunes.
This is Nissan’s second entry into the 2020 Rebelle Rally counting the 2020 Infiniti QX80 piloted by Team Wander Women.
